The bridging service on one of our routers was not well functional 4 hours ago. Our user support team is working on it now... but at this stage we can't be sure when it will be fully fixed. However, our user's funds are safe. And when the issue is solved, all of the pending or confirming transactions will pass through automatically and instantly.
